Thanks, I was able to install this driver, but afterwards my windows did not start up. I had to use a recovery.
Is there a link to the CD that comes with the motherboard.
I think I've already tried every version of intel's graphics drivers.
Am I missing another driver?
PS, windows update has an Intel HD graphics driver as part of it's optional updates. But the installation always fail as well.

I don't know if this will help, i have a Gigabyte H77-D3H motherboard, and i had also received the same message when trying to install my onboard graphics, i went into bios and changed the internal graphics(onboard graphics) options from auto to enabled, once that was changed. it allowed the setup to install the drivers.
