When i try to update it from an .exe file it said something like this."The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufactuerer. Setup will exit." There is a video on YouTube on how to update intel graphic card drivers but it shows it how to update it with an .zip file as he had the same problem with the .exe file ,however he had a different graphics card and the .zip file was availible but on my graphics card (Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family) there is nothing like a .zip file availible to download from the orginal website of intel. It was last updated in 2010 to version 8.15.10.2086 and there is a new version from 2012 to15.17.18.2555.
Thanks!

That message indicates that your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel video drives. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer, however, you may try forcing the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions:

Download the zip version of the video driver:

If windows is saying you are currently running latest version, this means the computer video BIOS is detecting that you already have the latest version supported by your computer, even if you try to force the installation.

I watched a video on Youtube wich said that if you have installed the drivers before uninstalling the current driver it will show up a message saying "Windows has determinated the driver software is up to date." When you want to install the driver again. Someone might of tried updating it as i am not the only one using this laptop. The question is will i be able to update the driver after uninstalling the driver and then reseting the computer?

It seems you will be able to uninstall current driver and install the latest driver, I recommend with the driver provided by your computer manufacturer.

The latest driver from the Toshiba website is already installed on your laptop:
http://www.toshiba.eu/innovation/jsp/supportMyProduct.do?service=EU# tab3; Toshiba Laptop Support homepage - Toshiba
If the manual installation didn't work, you might be out of luck. There's one more thing you can try: When you go to the Device Manager and enter the Update Driver Software menu, click on "Browse my computer for driver software" as normal, but this time click "Let me pick from a list of device drivers..." and then the Have Disk button. Hit Browse, go to wherever you extract the .zip file, and enter the Graphics folder. Windows should detect the kit49684.inf file and install your drivers. DO NOT install autorun.inf, it won't work. This probably won't help as Windows should have done all this during the steps Allan posted, but it's worth a shot.
