After my pc updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 i realize than he don't recognize my graphics card, i tried to found drivers but seems like my graphics card only have drivers for Windows 7 and XP and i can't already go back to my old Windows. What i can do?

Indeed your legacy GPU is not supported under Windows 10 as described at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html Supported Operating Systems for Intel® Graphics Products
I'm afraid you need to install Windows 7 from scratch, i.e. from your original Windows 7 install DVD.
Don't forget to backup your personal data beforehand.
