Tweaking core i3 and memory

Hi, is it possible to OC core i3 while using intel DH55TC? and also i want to change my memory settings to 1066 (7-7-7-20) profile but i can't configure it on BIOS. Will there be an update soon and has a more "mature" BIOS version because i can't tweak any of my configuration at all.
