Salve ho dei problemi con i giochi su facebook dopo pochi minuti si congelano con schermata grigia si e nel registro eventi trovo l'errore livekernel 141.Allego file scansione con intel Ssu

Your report yields that you are not using the latest version of the GFX driver. Download from here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/776137/intel-7th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html and install manually.

Già fatto Purtroppo mi da sempre lo stesso problema,ho provato tanti driver senza mai risolvere.La cosa strana è che l'unico driver che non mi dava problemi era il 27.20.100.8190 scaricato da Lenovo Vantage quando avevo ancora Windows 10.Da gennaio sono passato a windows 11 e adesso anche il driver 27.20.100.8190 da problemi di livekernel 141

Based on the information shown in the SSU report, the driver version currently installed on your computer is 31.0.101.2115, which is provided by Lenovo and should be the proper driver for your system since that driver was customized by them to work with your specific platform:

1. Is the issue only present with Facebook games? Does it happen with other games or apps?

2. Does Facebook crash while you are watching videos?

3. Are you using the app or from the browser?

4. If is the browser, which browser are you using?

5. Have you checked this issue with Lenovo?

1.Io gioco solo con due giochi di facebook non possiedo altri giochi,

2.Facebook non si blocca quando guardo i video,

3.Utilizzo il Browser,

4.Utilizzo Microsoft Edge,e Mozilla Firefox,entrambi aggiornati all'ultima versione. Con Firefox il problema si verifica un pò meno frequentemente.

5.Ho interagito con il loro agente virtuale che però non sa darmi risposte.

1. Check if the problem is also present on Google Chrome.

2. Update your Wireless driver. There is a report that this has fixed the issue with Facebook crashing.

3. Try the application from the Microsoft store.

4. Try to disable Hardware Acceleration in Edge and Mozilla Firefox:

Si Il problema è presente anche con google chrome 

Ho aggiornato il driver wireless ma non cambia nulla il problema si verifica ugualmente

L'applicazione l'ho scaricata da microsoft store 

Disabilitando l'accelerazione hardware il gioco va molto a scatti con la cpu costantemente al 100%

1. Run and attach the report from the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool. This will help to check if there is something wrong with the CPU.

2. Take a video of the issue. With this, I will have a better view of this behavior.

3. What is the list of the games affected? This will help me to replicate the issue if needed.

4. Are there any steps to replicate the issue? If so, please provide these steps. This will allow me to make sure that I will get the same results.

5. Run a new report from the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU):

Il nome del gioco è Fattoria Felice ed è un gioco su facebook 

Non c'è nessun passaggio in particolare per replicare il problema,Di solito il gioco crasha dopo alcuni minuti da solo soprattutto se non stò facendo nulla.

Allego come tua richiesta il Video del gioco nel momento in cui crasha,il report dallo strumento di diagnostica del processore Intel,ed il report dall'utility di supporto del sistema Intel (Intel®® SSU

Thanks for all the information provided. Based on your video, you are able to interact with the website or part of the game after it crashed and this leads me to think that this issue is related to the game itself.


At this point, I recommend you check with the Facebook support team to confirm if there are any reports of this issue on their side. Also, try a clean install of the latest (31.0.101.2125) Intel graphics driver since you have an old version or the version from Lenovo.

Ok contatterò il team di supporto facebook,per quanto riguarda invece il driver di grafica 31.0.101.2125 lo ho già provato ma non mi risolve il problema.
