I currently have several PCs setup with the exact same monitor (ELO ET1715L) and cabling. On 2 PCs, I have an UHD 770 graphics card and on the rest it is a UHD 630 graphics card. With the 630, I'm able to detect the ELO monitor properly and choose its native resolution of 1280x1024.
However, on the 770 card, it detects the monitor as CM 3316 and it does not give me the 1280x1024 option (which we really need for our projects to run properly). It's a Lenovo PC and I've done the latest updates for BIOS and graphics card, even tried the Intel driver update but still no luck. Graphics driver version is 31.0.101.4255 on a Win10 operating system.
I'm out of ideas trying to get this to a 1280x1024 resolution. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You are on build 4255 and latest is 4644. You're just a few builds out of date. I suggest you upgrade and test again.
Hope this helps,
