Hello @humblerZheng

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

In order to understand better this scenario and the behavior, could you please elaborate more regarding this request?

What do you mean when you said "match UHD Graphics 730 Register igfx fail"? What is exactly failing and what is the behavior?

Are you having problems installing the generic Intel® Graphics DCH driver?

Also, when you said "Registry can‘t find GUID {7160A13D-73DA-4CEA-95B9-37356478588A}", what would be the expected behavior? Is this causing any specific issue? Have you modified the Windows* Registry entries? Please provide more details.

Finally, please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system:

  • Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer
  • Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  • To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
  • Once you have saved the file (.txt file), please attach it to your reply.

To upload and attach a file, use the "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach" option below the response textbox.

Hello humblerZheng

Thank you for your response.

We would like to have more clarification regarding the GUID key. When you mentioned "is a server cannot be use", do you mean you are connecting the computer to a server (o a service) and trying to do a task for which it needs to detect in the GUID {7160A13D-73DA-4CEA-95B9-37356478588A}?

Or are you seeing error messages on Event reports related to GUID {7160A13D-73DA-4CEA-95B9-37356478588A} and the graphics controller? Please kindly elaborate more on the scenario and the actual issue.

In addition, there is a new version of the Intel® generic DCH driver available: 31.0.101.3729. You may try this new driver to see if this helps with your scenario.

We will be looking forward to hearing back from you.

Dear AndrewG

Thank you for your response 。

I am really sorry for the late reply 。

The phenomenon is some Win10 & Win11 match UHD 730  are OK,but some are fail。fail  will reflect the issue is system Registry can‘t find GUID {7160A13D-73DA-4CEA-95B9-37356478588A} 。I use the  GUID  for control a COM Server。

maybe is  system compatible issue?

PS: Because the  UHD 730 Video card is not on my side,  I have call  for help to test the  31.0.101.3729.
