Hello Everybody,

I tried to find the Profile settings in Register Windows as shows the following link: (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005857/graphics.html)

But in windows 10, there aren't not path:

Computer > HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Intel > Display > igfxcui > profiles

Do you know where is the correct path, in windows 10?

And where is the value to change the scalling (Maintain the Aspect Scalling) in the Windows Register?

Hello @JS20

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

In order to review these inquiries further, could you please provide us with the following details?

1- What is the purpose or use case for this request? Is this for the deployment of configuration on several machines? Is this for a work or home environment?

2- Just to make sure, have you previously saved a Profile on the computer where you're trying to find and export the registry files?

3- Regarding the inquiry about changing the scaling, is this to change it on a built-in/flat panel display (e.g.: a laptop's display), an external display, or both? Also, did you mean "Maintain Display Scaling" or "Maintain Aspect Ratio"?

4- Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system:

  • Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer
  • Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  • To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
  • Once you have saved the file (.txt file), please attach it to your reply.

To upload and attach a file, use the "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach" option below the response textbox.
