Ultra 7 graphics crashes when browser hardware acceleration is on

Just bought a new PC with Ultra 7 265k CPU.  When I use it for streaming, video starts out ok, then after a few minutes pixelates and freezes up.  The Task Manager GPU graph spikes to 100% when this happens.  If I turn off the Chrome or Edge hardware acceleration, it seems to fix it, but this makes the video choppy and looks like it also lowers the resolution.  My old system was a 7th generation i5 with UHD 630 graphics and it never had any issues.  Is there a solution for this that still allows hardware acceleration?  Very disappointing that my 8-year old PC works better than the new one.  Thanks.IMG_0807crop.jpgIMG_0811crop.jpg

The real problem is that all DELL support's diagnostics show no errors and the supplier won't replace the hardware.

They are all asking to reinstall the OS and it's gonna be a real pain due to the dozens of programs and virtual environments installed.

Following advice from a computer tech, This is a driver issue.

Until Intel figures it out, disable the driver in Divice Manager and restart. Windows just uses a defaul driver.

I don't have any problem other than display size.

We have a bunch of dell laptops that we recently bought and setup for our users and they ALL have this issue. The only solution so far is to disable hardware acceleration but it makes some of the videos choppy. Wether it's in a browser or an app (VLC) the videos are doing the glitch.

Some help from intel would be really appreciated at this point. We have tried reinstalling those machines, updating everything and the issue still persists...
