Unable to Set 480p Resolution on Intel Iris Xe Graphics – 'Bad Parameters' Error

Hello,

I have an Intel NUC13ANBi5 with Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics, running the latest drivers.

I'm trying to set a 480p resolution, but neither the Windows 11 display settings nor the Intel Arc settings offer this resolution as an option. I read in another post on this forum that using the 'Intel Graphics Command Center (Beta)' app is recommended for creating custom resolutions.

However, when I tried using the app to create a 480p custom resolution, I encountered the following error:

"Error Occurred

Unable to add settings. Reason: Bad parameters."

Could you please assist?🙏
