No longer available 75Hz for monitor after installing integrated graphics drivers as of August 2024

Good night, for some unknown reason to me, after installing the drivers for the integrated graphics since August this year - I can't set the monitor to 75Hz.
If you install the old drivers 32.0.101.5768, then everything works properly, but all the time to sit on the old version will not work and banal Windows installs a newer version, which causes other problems related to this. But since version 32.0.101.5971 and newer, it becomes impossible to select anything 60Hz. Even utilities like Custom Resolution Utility don't help.
However, if the monitor is connected through a stillborn technology as displayport, everything can be set to 75Hz, but I do not want to use it because it is limited and banal monitor disappears from the system if it is off, which leads to the fact that in the same anydesk except for the black empty square nothing, but through hdmi everything works as it should.
Also with drivers for a long time there is a problem that persists until now, if you install them without the clean installation checkbox, then there is an inability to wake up the monitor by twitching the mouse and here occasionally, but not always helps key combination ctrl+shift+win+b. And also after this combination can happen quite strange scary things like disintegrating the picture into different colors or filling the monitor with one solid gray element of the firefox window for example.
Also I do not understand absolutely why when connected via DP, and it is supposedly a more modern standard, becomes unavailable half of the settings for the monitor such as gamma adjustment.
I would also like to know when HAGS support for integrated graphics and ReBAR will be available.

My system: Windows 11 Pro 24h2 26100.2161
MoBo: MSi B560M PRO-VDH (MS-7D18) - latest BIOS 7D18v19
CPU: Intel Core i5-11500
Mem: Crucial Ballistix BL16G32C16U4W.16FE x2
Reinstalling Windows, reflashing Bios and resetting settings do not help.
The problem is related only to the driver.
