Unable to download Intel HD graphics driver update version 15.36.23.64.4251 for 64bit

Hi there guys, I've in countered a problem don't know if it's known yet...

Intel HD graphics driver update Version 15.36.23.64.4251 for 64bit OS

Dated: 07/23/2015

 

The download for both the .exe and .zip are missing

Just wonder if its a problem only I'm encountering
