Unable to install Hardware Accelerated Execution Manager (HAXM) software

Got a Sony* Vaio VGN-FW21L Laptop which was running Windows 8.1 and I was able to previously install HAXM so I was able to run android emulators.

 

My OS has now been upgraded to Windows 10 and when I try to install HAXM now I get an error message "Computer does not support VT-x.

 

Is there any work around?
