Unable to use 1920x1200 resolution for monitor connected to Thunderbolt dock

Hi,

I have a problem with setting up resolution (1920x1200) for monitor connected to Thunderbolt dock using DVI-DP cable. The same problem is with passive and active cable. Max available resolution in Windows is 1680x1050.

My PC is equipped with i7-1365U CPU (Dell Latitude 7440) with Iris Xe GPU and I'm using Dell WD19TB dock connected using Thunderbolt.

The problem is visible only in Windows. During boot I have 1920x1200 resolution.

After connect monitor directly to the PC the problem does not occur.

Hi @tym  Please share system specifications that you can collect using Intel System Support Utility .

Can you also check issue with different monitor model to rule out monitor/port/cabel issue?
