Under Power tab in IGCC Panel self refresh is not working

Hi, I have Asus vivobook 14x Oled laptop where i am switching off the button pannel self refresh for stable refresh rate in both ways either on battery or in charging but it is not working. After switching off still refresh rate goes change every time when i plug in and out the charger and screen goes black for a second or 2 second. How to resolve this issue?

I am sorry to hear that you have problems with Panel Self Refresh, and I’ll be more than happy to help you.

 

Please keep in mind that feature in Intel® Graphics Command Center is available only for embedded DisplayPort 1.3 (eDP 1.3)

 

Have you contacted the system manufacturer to check their own options to lower the refresh rate?
