Hello, I need support with driver downloads on my Windows tablet:

RAM: 2.00 GB

INTEL (R) HD Graphics driver 10.18.10.4358 (until May 15, 2020)

INTEL-DSA v.20.5.20.3 announced 2 new drivers on May 15th, 2020,

1.) INTEL (R) HD Graphics 10.18.10.5129 (this has been installed and works)

2.) INTEL AVStream Camera 20.10154.705 (this is not installed)

Now the problem:

I ran the INTEL-DSA 3 times. The graphic driver 10.18.10.5129 is installed every time. The AVStream Camera 20.10154.705 driver does not. After each restart to end the installation, INTEL-DSA reports again to reinstall the graphic driver. However, this is installed according to Device Manager. However, I do not find the AVStream Camera 20.10154.705 driver.

What should be done in this case?

I would be grateful for a hint.

Judging from a Google search the AVStream Camera driver exists only for the 64 bit version of Windows 10.

At least on legit sites fom HP and Lenovo.

There are still a few outstanding cases where IDSA is offering to install a driver over and over. Until they release a fix for this issue, you will simply have to ignore the offer. As for the Camera driver, as Stefan has indicated, you can get it from the HP or Lenovo sites. I see that there are entries for multiple newer versions in the Microsoft Update Catalog.
