You have a pre-build system created by Hewlett Packard. The model is HP Compaq 8000 Elite Small Form Factor, it includes a Intel® Core™ 2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz and Intel® Q45/Q43 Express Chipset. The latest drivers are provided with your desktop manufacturer support website.
I suggest you to use the option "Start by identifying your products, you just need to click on Indentify Now (red icon)

The chipset and processor are old now, Windows® 10 works with limitation, no drivers available.
