Updated driver and now I think somethings wrong...

I updated my driver and my computer is still running slow when playing games. When I open the Intel graphics media accelarator driver icon the image is all out of whack.

I want to try to uninstall and reinstall but I cant find anything that allows me to do so. I tried the download for windows vista, and windows vista 62. I dont even know where to find out exactly what is installed on this thing. Please help!

Basically, you need to change your Windows language to fix this issue. See above for further instructions.
