Updated intels drivers - pc doesn't recognize dvi screen anymore

windows 10, 1909,

my drivers are the latest that intels driver assistant installed.

i reinstalled the drivers 3 times and restarted the pc any time i tried it...

i am working with 2 screens , on hdmi and one dvi

the dvi one is not showing (tried different cables)

What is the model number of your device/motherboard?

Are you a laptop?

What is your processor model number?

 

If you are a laptop, you should be using the drivers provided by the laptop manufacturer, and not the Intel generic drivers.
