Updating GPU drivers

After updating everything I can find, I keep getting this error message when I try to play games.  How can I find this driver and update it.

1. What is the model of your Graphics controller?
2. May I know how you updated the driver?
3. What is the title of the game that you are playing?
4. For me to review the hardware and the driver installed, please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Kindly refer to the link below for the steps:
