I had a question because I wanted to make sure I completed the task correctly.
I am upgrading my computer from an ASUS P5K Deluxe/WiFi-AP motherboard to a new ASUS Sabertooth X58. Currently on my P5K, I have three 2TB hard disks in a RAID-5 array working together.
I am not sure how to migrate this to the new motherboard without losing data. I will be moving all drives and other things to the new motherboard but wanted to verify what I would have to do before hand in order to move without data loss. How do I complete the settings in the Ctrl+I screen and such?
Anybody that would have a good walkthrough on doing this I would appreciate it! Most documentation is only for setting up new arrays, not for moving them from one board to another.

You don't ever go in to Ctrl + I screen to do this all you have to do is have the drives connected to the Intel SATA ports and enable RAID in the BIOS which will find the array.
The thing about migrating is its really for moving a array over with DATA on not an array with the OS on because the OS on that array is setup for the system it was setup for. Your DATA will be fine but don't expect the OS to just boot and run fine on the new setup.

Thank you! I successfully moved the raid array to a new motherboard without a hitch!
