I have found many here and in others forums saying the ARC studio camera capture being removed is a big deal.
@Darkfrost is one.
For me, it is also a big deal. I use my camera all the time on my Dell AIO and the studio gives me the options I what, Intel removing it was very short sighted, however, I have found a work around.
If after you download the new driver and software package, run the package as administator, do a custom install and do not remove legacy software.
I have been able to still utilize the camera studio controls now for the last 3 driver renditions.
I get it, this is a PITA, this is, so far, the only way I have found to keep the ARC Studio with camera and capture.
Good luck

Michael,
The driver has always worked fine, it is the lack of ARC studio build that is the issue. The latest removed the legacy software which removed the fuctional ARC studio. So I am still not doing a " clean " install, I did a custom install and did not let it remove the legacy software.

Michael,
I like the newest driver funtionality, is very good and makes the graphic processor way more stable. The ARC control center with Studio is really all that is lacking.
I know the designers have stopped the build, but for me it is way easier to use when streaming from my built in camera.
It is the one "app" in this that does not require massive memory usage, like has been said, there are 3rd partys like ODS studio and such, but those programs uses a very sizeable amout of memory to work.
For now, I will just keep downloading updated drives as they are released and just keep doing a custom install. Until that option is taken away I guess.
