Hello graphicssettings,

While I am to check this query, can you help supply with more details for better understanding?

1) Graphics cards make/model.

2) The current Graphics card driver version installed.

3) System and system components detail and configuration. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

  • Scan: Check the box Everything.
  • Click Scan.
  • Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  • Click Save (.txt). *Attach the log file as you reply to this post.

4) Do you get specific error when the system crashes while 3D graphics is enabled?

I hope to hear from you soon.

Best regards,

JeanetteC.
