My laptop has Intel HD Graphics with first generation Intel 370M processor.

Memory ram: 4 GB dual channel.

Windows 7 64bits.

With Driver 8.15.10.2104 works correctly

Soon after starting the game, and go to select the account he closes without showing any error screen.

The problem was with the Mod "Esmod" but believe affect without mod too.

How do I report a bug in the latest version of the driver?

* when reinstalled the old version in order to play more this does not enable hardware acceleration in Firefox completely.

Hi livre1,

Would you please POST the Graphics Driver Report? This link will help you to generate the report /thread/41928 http://communities.intel.com/thread/41928

I recommend updating the BIOS of the computer and then testing the game with latest graphics driver. Please let me know if issue persists after that.

The link past is the same topic.

There is no bios update for this notebook.

Recalling that the problem is with the driver, whereas with the old works

Please try the troubleshooting that is posted on this article and post here a checklist of what has been done following the indications on that article.

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033945.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033945.htm

In addition, please confirm if this happens with that specific mod or if it happens to the original game with no mods at all.

All steps done except bios update, because is updated.

The game works without any mod.

The text in the dxdiag log file is very large.

Where do I attach it?

Game closes without any error message *

You can just copy paste the dxdiag report here, there is no need to attach it as there is no an option to do so.

In the other hand, take under consideration that the issue could be also related to the mod as the game works fine with the latest driver with no mods installed.
