Video Lagging behind Audio

I am using Intel ARC A370 GPU with Lenovo laptop.  All streaming shows like YouTube, Netflix etc the video lags behind Audio.  It loads the video after a delay.  I updated all my drivers but the problem still persists.  Sometimes I get BSOD for the module: igdkmdnd64.sys
