Video memory Intel hd graphics 4600

Hello, my problem is that I cannot increase my video memory by more than 576 MB considering I have 16 GB RAM.

Please tell me how to increase it to at least 1-2 GB

You cannot manually increase graphics video RAM, what you see in the screenshot is just like a kind of "fictitious dedicated video RAM" for compatibility with old apps.

For latest GPU generations, the graphics video RAM will be assigned automatically depending on the needs/tasks up to 50% of total memory RAM.

However, yours is an older GPU, and for HD 4600 the maximum dynamic graphics video ram that can be assigned (when needed) is up to 2048MB.
