Hi,
After Windows 10 update, I started to face with video playing problems on some of web sites and especially on videos I used in my powerpoint presentations. When I checked the situation from Intel Graphics Device Panel I saw that the hardware my Sony Viao has can only support the Directx up to 11.1 but DirectX 12 has came with Windows Update and I suppose that the problem has born because of that reason.
I am also sending a prt sc of my video screen test panel at below.
Can you please help me to solve this problem?
Model: Intel (R) HD Graphics
PC: Sony VAIO Flip 14"
Thanks a lot.

Hello Centiend,
Thank you for joining the Intel communities.
I will need more information, please reply with the graphics report.
Go to Intel® Graphics and Control Panel > Options > information Center > Save.
Also, I will appreciate if you can post the msinfo32.
- Please press Windows Key + R to open the Run Menu
- Type msinfo32 and click OK
- While viewing the System Summary node go to File then Save (Please do not use Export)
- Save your MSINFO32 report as msinfo32.nfo on your desktop for easy access and then you can post it here.
Best regards,
Ivan

We are aware of some issues with Windows update; you can take a look at it at:
http://www.windowscentral.com/windows-10-november-update-issues-bugs http://www.windowscentral.com/windows-10-november-update-issues-bugs
Try uninstalling the driver and restart your system, then install the driver again and run Windows update to see if your system detects more updates that can help you.
If it does not work then we will need to wait for a new update or with a new driver version to come up.
