As the title says, after installing Twitch Studio, vulkan apps fail to launch when using an Intel integrated gpu as the rendering device, title says Iris Xe but I first found the same issue with the HD Graphics 515 (6th gen) of my old laptop.
Twitch Studio doesn't even have to be running, just having it installed causes the problem. After uninstalling it, apps work as expected. 3DMark, GFXBench and Red Dead Redemption 2 are the only Vulkan apps/games I have at hand, and all fail until Twitch Studio is uninstalled from the system.
I attach the requested files, including a video attempting to run 3DMark's Wild Life Extreme. Tested on my 12th gen laptop.

Hello MiguelB,
Thank you for patiently waiting. Kindly please try installing the graphics OEM drivers of your laptop in this link: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/legion-series/legion-5-15iah7/downloads/driver-list. The reason for this is because OEM devices may have altered or require specific configurations in order for your system to work without issues. You may also try following the steps at this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000060208/graphics.html#:~:text=Try%20the%20solutions%20below%3A,Graphics%20Drivers%20in%20Windows%C2%AE as it is related to software using Vulkan API. Let us know if it works.

Hello!
I installed the latest OEM driver as you requested and also made a clean install of Windows some days ago, so I think that covers all the suggestions, but the issue persists, and as shown in this recording, uninstalling Twitch Studio restores the functionality.
I suppose Twitch Studio is doing something that Intel graphics in particular doesn't like because it doesn't affect the Nvidia graphics. Were you able to replicate the issue?
I don't know if they are still needed but I will attach new SSU and Intel command center reports.

This is a flaw in the Twitch Studio layer, it does not include enable_environment correctly, nor is the manifest correct for compatibility with vulkan 1.2+ titles, khronos requires that the manifest version be equivalent or higher than the vulkan version in use by the application.

It only works on nvidia because nvidia has worked around this flawed layer, the responsibility is on Amazon/Twitch to fix this layer correctly.

Hello MiguelB,
I want to let you know that we have tried replicating the issue with the Iris Xe graphics using various driver version 31.0.101.5333 (the latest generic), and 31.0.101.5074 (the oldest generic) and simultaneously ran GFCbench, 3rdmark demo, and Twitch but we did not encounter the issue. We highly recommend contacting Twitch for further assistance as the problem appears to be isolated when Twitch Studio is installed. You may reach out to them at this link: https://help.twitch.tv/s/contactsupport?language=en_US

Your engineers have already confirmed this as an issue on the IGCIT github affecting the drivers when the twitch vulkan layer is installed.

Hello MiguelB and Squall_Leonhart,
Thank you for being active in our community forum. I want to let you know that this issue has been reported to the driver dev team with the bug ID 14021909084. We cannot promise any fix anytime soon but if there is one we will note it in the community thread and in future driver release notes.
As for MiguelB , for now, would it be alright if we temporary close this case? I will be waiting for your reply.
