Im using an Aspire E 15 touch and I have intel 5500. the display driver crashes when a cinematic is about to happen. i am able to play a match without the entrance but it crashes when the post replay is about to start or sometimes it freezes and the driver crashes during the match. I'm unable to play career, see an entrances or play a match without worrying about my driver crashing. please fix in the next update, I really like this game.

i have the same problem as his with my lenovo 15IBD with intel hd 5500 the display driver crashes when entrance plays in the game but when i disable the graphics on device manager the entrance works without any crash but lags because the graphics driver is disabled . i have attached the Intel® System Support Utility result file you requested him to upload i would be glad if you found a solution to that problem.

I could noticed that on Lenovo's website there are new BIOS and drivers versions, I recommend you to see if this updates fix this issue on your computer.

i updated the bios and drivers but none of them worked.The game seems to work withhout crashing on intel hd 4000,4400,p4000 which are low integrated gpu's compared to intel hd 5500 on my lenovo i would be glad if you found a solution.

According to what you mentioned, I compared the game's requirements with the SSU report you sent to me; I found that your computer is working with 1Gb of RAM and this game requires more than 4Gb.

I have 4gb ram and 2005Mb video memory so his specs are not the problem. Earlier versions of the graphic card works fine with the game, as he clearly stated, so the problem is the graphics.
