In reference to "it only occurs when he runs the game with DirectX 11, running the game with DirectX 12, the problem goes away", did you check the system requirements for the Warframe game? It might require to use of DirectX 12 for the optimal functionality of the game.
Just to let you know, we always recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them to work with your specific platform.
I looked in Acer's website and the latest Graphics driver the have available is version 22.20.16.4749, we can always try to do a clean installation of that driver following the instructions in the link below to confirm if the problem persists with that driver,look under "drivers" where it says Intel® VGA:

Obrigado pela atenção.
O problema com o Warframe ainda persiste, mas isso só ocorre quando eu executo o jogo com o DirectX 11, executando o jogo com o DirectX 12, o problema desaparece, mas o desempenho do jogo e melhor quando executado com o DirectX 11, então, gostaria de saber se existe alguma solução para esse problema.

Sim, o Warframe é compatível com o DirectX 11.
