We have a problem with the intel uhd graphics 630 Driver On windows 10 and citrix.
When a user have an citrix session open and we have for 20 min policy for the display go’s to standby .
When u move the mouse or keyboard the screen wakes up and its black nothing happens.
When I do shift +f3 the screen wakeup, I have tried all drivers version nothing works.
Only if I uninstall the intel driver and install the Microsoft basic display adapter its working fine.
Please help.
