We have received numerous crash reports (thousands) through DRAFTSIGHT and EDRAWINGS, HP ProBook 640 G4 ( Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 ). Any help would be great. Thanks

Thank you for posting on this Intel Community.

 

Since you are using Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393, application failure may occur due to the version of Windows* you are running.

 

We will continue reviewing the files attached to this thread. However, please follow these recommendations to troubleshoot this issue:

 

1. If possible, try running these applications on a system with a newer Windows* build (e.g. 1809, 1903).

2. Also, you can try running the applications on a system running discrete graphics.

 

Please let us know your findings.

Hello SSmit62,

 

We were not able to test the application using a newer version of Windows*. The problems you are experiencing are most likely being caused by the version running on your environment.

 

The recommended resolution is that you can try testing the applications with latest graphics driver and this would require to update Windows* LTSC to latest version 1809.

 

If the issue persists, try verifying if the software provider has validated the application (s) with the Intel® Graphics Controllers.
