So i'm playing Young Justice Legacy on my laptop It works perfectly, but I notice a small graphic glitch the characters don't appears on the menu instead I sometimes I get a blue screen or a bunch of colors like its messed up or something. I tested it on my desktop and I didn't get this issue and they appeared fine, but in my laptop this glitch happens

,but on my desktop they appear fine

The Graphic Drive I have installed on my laptop is an intel HD Graphic (Core i3) Driver Version 8.15.10.2559 it is the most up to date one at least that what the intel utility update says. I've looked online for a solution, but no luck. This is the only problem I'm having.

Hi maskedman,

I am sorry to hear you are having problems but let me help you.

I would like to verify some more information about the system so can you post your graphics report and the dxdiag report here?

How to get it?

Dxdiag Report: Type dxdiag in Start Menu> open> Save> Copy/Paste here.

Graphics Report: Right click on desktop> Graphics Properties> Options> Drop Down Menu> Information Center> Save> Open .txt file created> Copy/Paste here.

Hi maskedman,

Thanks for the information. Based on the report your computer is running with an older graphics driver version. Please uninstall the current driver following the instructions at this link:

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034574.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034574.htm

Once the driver is uninstalled, please download the latest driver at the following link:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22521 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22521

If during the installation of the driver you get notification/error messages, that message indicates that your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel video drives. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer.

You may try to force the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions:

http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022355.htm http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022355.htm

This is the zip version of the video driver:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22520 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22520

In the case you do all this steps and issue persists, I recommend you contacting the Computer Manufacture for them to provide the custom driver for your system. It is also important to confirm if there is a compatibility issue between the Operating System and the game so contacting the game developer is a good idea.
