When will the next Intel graphics driver come out ?

I an using an Intel hd 4000 graphics card and im playing a game called arma 3 , i am also running on windows 10 however everytime i go on i get an error message saying this " Application has been blocked from accessing graphical hardware"

So i would like to know a roundabout date for when the next graphics driver will be available
