Where to find changelog for Intel HD drivers?

Hi. I am currently upgrading the Intel HD 64-bit drivers for the 4000 series. Where can I find a changelog for the changes made to version 3958 all the way from 3345? I am using Windows 7 64-bit.

If you need to know driver history, you can get them through driver release notes

Thanks a lot for the info. Now I can check recent driver installations and changes.

One question, is there a document which details Issues Fixed for a range of driver versions such as from 3154 to 3958? If not, what is the best way to open up release notes on all drivers in between 3154 and 3958?

The best way to check driver information, known issues, solutions through driver release notes, this is available here:

Once you select the latest video drivers, on the top right hand side of the screen you will see a link for Release Notes.
