Which are the last update for my graphic card?

So i have an old laptop, its from 2012 or something like that, and i wanted to play a game but people told me that i have to update my graphic card, but there is no more support for my Windows 8 laptop, does anyone knows which is the las update that i can possibly get? Its a Samsung NP300E5E , with an Intel proccesor of Intel (R) Pentium (R) CPU 2117U @ 1.80 GHz 1.80 GHz thanks
