Why Assistant has an error on install

I am running an ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME B360M-A

Intel® Core™ i3-8100 CPU @ 3.60GHz

Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise (64-bit)

All the install packages I've downloaded have the same results.

 

How can I solve this ?

 

Assistant is trying to install this:

Release Version: Production Version

Driver Version: 25.20.100.6577

Release Date: February 25, 2019
