Using Ivy Bridge (i5-3320M), and, the same thing is happen with my newer laptop with Haswell (i5 4210M) and my older laptop with Ivy Bridge (Pentium 2020M)...
The things i've tried to solve this problem :
- Updating driver (No luck)
- Remove then reinstall driver (No luck)
- Update via Windows Update or Intel Software Updater (No luck)
Help, any answer will be appreciated...

I would suggest that you uninstall and then reinstall the driver package - but this time, use this process:
- Download latest driver package and place on system drive (on your desktop, for example).
- Disconnect completely from Internet (Disable Wireless and/or unplug Ethernet cable).
- From Apps and Features, uninstall driver package. If asked, delete all related content.
- Reboot (keep Internet disconnected).
- Install the driver package.
- Reboot.
- Reconnect Internet.
- Test.
