Why are scaling options removed from latest Intel graphics control panel?

Hi, first off I'm not that much into techy stuff

Secondly, why are custom resolution removed from the latest Intel Graphics Control Panel? As a longtime Windows 7 user it was the only way for me to correctly scale my old TV whenver I had to plug or unplug the HDMI dongle. It seems that as of 21st of August we can't do that anymore, it was a fast, very simple way to correctly scale your screen.

How do I roll back to a previous version of the control panel? My drivers are up to date but the control panel updated without my doing anything, how can I change it back to the way it was?

I must add that I am very disappointed and hope this isn't some ploy to make us use Windows 10 or buy more onerous PC parts.

Sincerely,

AnonG

I forgot to add that my drivers are up to date and that I have a Intel HD Graphics 4600

I do not know if my post is up to standard on this forum, hence the 1 star rating from a user

Please help, Intel Graphics Control is the only way I have to rescale the screen on my old HDTV
