Why do I keep getting "Gfxv4_0.exe" error when I try to open Intel Graphics Control Panel?

Everytime I try to open Intel Graphics Control Panel, this pops up.error.png

 

My computer details are:

Dell XPS 15 9570

Intel® Core™ i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti with Max-Q Design

Intel® UHD Graphics 630

Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. Then, using the paperclip icon below the edit window, upload and attach the generated report file to a response post.
