Hi Majel007,
Thank you for the information provided!
In this case, I have some troubleshooting you could perform.
I saw the graphics drivers are outdated, please update to the current version 4501
Here the download link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26229/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-40-4th-Gen-?product=81496 Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 [15.40][4th Gen]
If you receive an error while installing it, please use this installation method: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html How to Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 &...
It is important to disconnect the device from the Internet before doing this.
Finally, if you have any other cables to test the system, it would be good a troubleshooting step.
Please let me know how it goes in order to further assist you if required.
Regards,
Esteban C.

Hi Majel007,
I found this thread that has a similar issue. (/thread/79383 https://communities.intel.com/thread/79383 )
Collage mode is supported in Windows 10*, but only when you are using external displays.
The built-in display cannot be included in the collage mode. Actually, I tested this out with one Dell XPS 14393 with Intel HD Graphics 4600 that we have in here and indeed the collage mode was not present while using built-in + external display.
As per the thread found, this is a decision from Microsoft to proceed this way.
Right now, the way to get collage mode would be with external displays only, or install previous version of Windows in your system (7, 8, 8.1*)
If any further inquiries are present, don't hesitate to reach us out 🙂
Regards,
Esteban C
