Why is my second screen blurry... how do I fix?

I have a new Dell 5490 Latitude with a intel HD 620 graphics card. I have a WD15 Dell Dock that has the following ports: mini DP/HDMI/VGA. I am running two P2418D monitors (2560x1440). I have connected one monitor via the HDMI to mini display port cord and the other monitor is HDMI on both ends. The monitor connected via the mini DP is crystal clear while the other monitor is blurry.... even when I moved both to 1920x1080. Why is this happening and how can I fix? If further information is needed please let me know and I can provide.

i have doubt on supporting ( monitor via the HDMI to mini display port cord ).

intel clearly said that monitor should be directly connected to edp or DP or hdmi 1.4
