Why the drivers for the X58 chipset is not actually really installable on Windows 7?
I can manually force the driver updates if i unpack the package.
the package made a fake installation.

This is because some drivers on the chipset do not need to be updated or Windows* has newer generic ones so it wont install an older one generic or specific one.
The chipset driver will install only when a newer one is installed.
You can always force Windows* to install the specific driver but you will need to go one by one in Device Manager.
