Why there is no number at my integrated gpu ? It only shows Intel UHD graphics...

My gpu don't have any number that's why I am unable to install software... My system spaces is windows 11 and CPU is i5 13420H ....

The Intel Core i5-13420H is a mobile processor and must therefore be installed in a device that has been assembled by an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) such as Dell, Lenovo, HP etc.

 

Please use the driver that the OEM offers for the device for download on its website.
