Hello PPeed, Thank you for joining this Intel Community. Intel Graphics controllers (4th Generation and newer) support 4K resolutions (4096x2160 or 3840x2160) with refresh rates of up to 60Hz. The video output on your computer and the video input on your display must be either DisplayPort 1.2 or HDMI 2.0. Your display device (TV or Monitor) must also be able to support 4K resolutions at 60hz refresh rate. To better assist you, we would like to have more information about your system: 1. Please run the Intel® System Support Utility and attach the report to this thread. 1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91... 2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View. 3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer. 2. Please provide the monitor models. 3. Are you using adapters? Wanner G. Intel Customer Support Technician Under Contract to Intel Corporation

Provided these ports are exposing separate DP channels from the processor, yes, two 4K 60Hz monitors can be supported.

Intel HD Graphics 630 supports three discrete DP 1.2 channels. Each channel supports a bandwidth of 17.28 Gbit/s. This bandwidth can be used to support one 2160p (4K) display operating at up to 60Hz, two 2160p displays each operating at up to 30Hz, one 1080p display operating at up to 144Hz, two 1080p displays each operating at up to 120Hz or three 1080p displays each operating at up to 60Hz. Note that connecting multiple displays to a single DP channel requires a MST Hub or displays supporting DP Daisy Chaining. Note also that, while up to nine displays could technically be supported across three DP1.2 channels from a bandwidth standpoint, Intel HD Graphics 630 supports a maximum of three monitors.

For more information on DP 1.2 capabilities, consult https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DisplayPort.

For more information on the Intel HD Graphics 630 solution in your processor, consult https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/search.html?_charset_=UTF-8&q=Intel+HD+Graphics+630 and then select your processor from the list.

Hope this helps,
