Will there be support for FIFA 17 on Intel hd 4400?

Currently there are missing heads when playing the FIFA 17 demo. Otherwise it runs fine. Will anything be done about this?

Thanks Ivan for taking the time to do that research. However I could buy 2 Xbox Ones with change for each one of those laptops. Thanks for your help in this matter, but my mind is made up. Instead of buying a new laptop when my current one is still relatively new, I will go for the cheaper option of just getting an XBox One.

Ivan, I already know the specs. Intel cards are never listed with FIFA yet year after year we are still able to play. And u have the games listed on your site. It seems you cannot help us and there is no solution to the problem.

I'm so done with Intel. Until I got my new laptop 18 months and realised I could actually run games on it I've educated myself a bit about computers. And man Intel Graphics cards are weak - like really weak.

When trying to install the driver, it says the system does not meet the minimum requirements. I uninstalled my current driver and tried again and I still get the same message. So that does not work.

Joey you'll need to install the driver manually if it says that. Download the zip file, not the exe file. Once downloaded extract the folder, go into the folder and double click on 'setup'.

Hello there, I have intel HD graphics 5500 and i have the same issue, head less players in cut scenes, free kicks, penalty kicks, close ups on faces basically in FIFA 17. (some faces are seen others not, this is ridiculous)

I had this issue both on the demo and on the full game.

The game runs smoohtly on my laptop with the setttings i put but this major bug is really affecting my experience.

Will there be support? I've tried many things by nothing seems to fix this bug.

Can you get back to us with your findings as soon as possible.

I think the best thing is for you to inform EA Sports and FIFA about this issue as INTEL to see what kind of feedback we get, will there be an update to fix this bug?

Thank you so much for your response. I installed the driver, and faces are now showing! . There is such now a reduction in the frame rate. Not sure if you guys would be responsible for that. Hi joey7, I have a question - your processor '4210U' is not listed under the compatible processors, so how did you get it to work?

I am asking because I have a 4278U, which is also not listed! I am wondering how you got the BETA driver to work, and whether I could do the same.

I have tried downloading and installing it but unfortunately it says that the install failed. Maybe I am missing something...

Hello, yes the driver update has been very helpful, faces are now showing thanks so much for the effort.

I had an initial issue with the game getting stuck before kick off, like when you do these practice sessions before a match it would just stay on that screen like it played normally the training sessions but it wouldnt proceed., it wouldnt proceed to the match.

I went to ORIGIN and right clicked on the game and pressed repair.

The issue with the game getting stuck at warmup screen was gone. THE GAME WORKED PERFECTLY

Going in to THE JOURNEY mode I experienced another issue but I don't know if this was a one time thing. The faces in the JOURNEY cut scenes and initial game play were all visible (before the BETA driver they were not visible just like the other issue with players heads). However when you proceed to a point and THE JOURNEY shows this in game kind of video it got stuck there and wouldnt do anything. I don't know if it was cause my laptop was operating for a lot of hours, I haven't tried this again but it could possibly be something to do with the driver if this problem keeps occuring. Once I check it again I will post my feedback here.

OVERALL THE GAME WORKS FINE THOUGH AS FACES ARE NOW APPEARING!
