Hi,

After updating Win10 to Fall Creators Update (v1709) my hdmi port no longer works. my laptop recognizes the external monitor but no image is shown, tried different cables and displays, different resolutios, etc., but no luck. Also downloaded and install latest version of drivers buth still doesnt works. my work arround have been buying and miniDP to HDMI adaptor, but I still need my HDMI port,

Are you using the drivers from the DELL website? If not, you should.

Yes I download all the drivers from Dell website.

You likely also need to block download of subsequent driver updates via Windows Update. You install the version provided by Dell and then Windows Update replaces it on the next reboot that comes along...
