Windows 10 Intel Graphics 3000 laptop monitor not working correctly.

1. if shutdown the computer the laptop monitor work normaly

2. if restart the computer black screen in laptop monitor, and i need a VGA cable to send graphics to external monitor every time

What's wrong ?

LAPTOP : DELL INSPIRON N5050

GPU INTEL DRIVERS : Latest from Microsoft Update

Intel HD 3000 graphics (and your processor) are not supported on Windows 10.
