Windows 10 V 1607, External Monitors stopped working after V1607.

I'm using a Dell XPS13 with a Dell D3000 ACP075US port replicator. Since the Windows 10 Anniversary update my 2 external monitors stopped working. Yesterday I managed to get one external monitor working, today neither are working. I've cleaned the DisplayLink software, reinstalled (using V8.0 which was on it before), updated drivers, plugged unplugged, no luck yet. Any ideas?

I'm having the same issue. Although I can temporarily get all monitors to work by going to Device Manager and either disable or uninstall the drivers for the Intel HD Graphics card. It appears something in the latest driver doesn't want to play nice with the Anniversary update and multiple monitors.

Thank you for reporting this issue with the latest Windows® 10 Anniversary update.

Please confirm if you are currently using the latest graphics drivers version 4530

Thanks for trying to help! I'm not running that driver. I tried to download it and it wouldn't let me. See screenshot of error message below.

My currently listed driver was 10.18.10.4252. When I tried to install the beta driver I get a different error message. Also, as you can see from my system info in the background, I am on a 3rd gen chip so I don't think that beta is supposed to work for me.

Those drivers installed fine, and it now shows version 10.18.10.4425 for the display adapter in device manager. But now my 2nd and 3rd monitors are black again. Were you thinking that this was supposed to fix the issue?

Also, does lack of WDDM 2.1 support mean that this card won't work at all in the anniversary update? I was under the impression that WDDM 2.0 is still supported by the OS, so why would the video crap out all of sudden?

It will not enable all features available for WDDM 2.1, it will work as WDDM 2.0

Then it seems this is not working. The DisplayLink dock I use to get multiple monitors supports WDDM 2.0. Is there any kind of logging I can provide that may help determine if the issues are in their implementation of WDDM 2.0 or your Intel's? I would very much be interested in getting this working again.

I gave up on this. Found the only way I could get the monitors to work again was with a new DisplayLink port replicator. I bought the Dell USB 3.0 Triple Display UltraHD Universal Dock. It works fine now. The $129 from Amazon was less than the time I'd have to invest to try and get this to work.
