Windows 10 causing problems with video card and Photoshop CS6

I have an HP laptop and upgraded to Windows 10. It is making Photoshop CS6 flicker and act funny. Solutions I've seen say to update the video card. I have the Intel HD Graphics 3000. I searched for update and its says that none exist. What do I do?

I am using Photoshop CC 2015 and it's not recognizing my graphics card since updating to Windows 10. I've tried installing the drivers for 3rd and 6th generations and they both fail. Please help, I can't use PS 3D without an updated driver.

Hi Amy,

  • Computer model - HP dv7 Notebook
  • CPU model - i7 2670QM @ 220 ghz
  • Driver installed - 10.0.10586.0
  • Windows 10 - Home 64 bit

Not sure if it makes any difference, but when I look at the Device Manager there are 8 CPUs listed, all with the same information.

Thank you,

Ric

Bear in mind that your graphics controller is not supported for Windows® 10, there are no drivers available from our site for this operating system and graphics controller, you should be able to find driver through Windows Updates.
